The doctors and nurses are very patient. The doctors listen to you and make you feel like they care.
Sometimes it's difficult to get an appointment when you want to see a doctor that day.

10 years ago I was not sent to a specialist early enough - he said he wished I had been sent earlier - it was not until I said I was still having problems and I said I thought I should see a specialist that I was sent.
Today things were fine.
